A People God Can Rest Upon

Jack and Terri taught out of 2 Corinthians 3, where Paul says we are being transformed as we behold the glory of the Lord. Not through striving. Not through performing. But through beholding.

This is not a moment for platform building or performance religion. This is a moment to become altars — places where the fire of God can fall and remain.

At The Gathering, we believe:

• We were made to carry glory, not just witness it
• Communion is how we posture ourselves for the Presence
• Glory is relational — not abstract
• What we behold, we become

God is seeking people He can rest on — not just visit, but dwell with. That means we’re being called into covenant relationships, rhythms of communion, and spiritual maturity that can hold weight.

From Glory to Glory — In a City He Loves

This message wasn’t just personal. It was deeply territorial.

As Jack and Terri ministered, it became clear: God is not done with Colorado Springs. His eye is on this city, and He is searching for people who will build a resting place for His glory — not a one-time encounter, but a sustained outpouring.

We believe that begins with us — individually and corporately — returning to the simplicity of beholding Jesus together.

As a church, we’re asking every person at The Gathering to do two things this month:

1. Take communion regularly — not as ritual, but as relationship
2. Behold daily — 10 minutes of stillness with Jesus. Every day. No agenda.
