We gather around Jesus—His Gospel, His presence, His indwelling life—and from that place of union, we love one another and our city.
Jesus redefined what it means to live:
He healed the hurting, lifted the shamed, purified the unclean by His touch, and invited humanity into the divine life of Father, Son, and Spirit.
We’re learning to live that way too—
not by striving,
but by participation,
by communion,
by belonging.
At The Gathering, we become the Church by being with Him, being with one another, and being sent together into the world He loves.

At The Gathering, we keep the main thing the main thing: Jesus.
We believe the Gospel is good news—right now. Not just a belief system, but the living presence of Christ dwelling in us and forming us into a people rooted in love, prayer, communion, and
the Word.
We’re a church that values union with Christ, covenant community, and a life shaped by the Spirit. You’ll find people here who are hungry for Jesus, committed to walking together as family, and learning to live from the finished work of the cross with humility and joy. We don’t pretend to be perfect—we simply keep saying yes to the One who makes us whole.

One of the most practical ways we express the love of Jesus at The Gathering is by serving together. Whether you help welcome guests, support our life groups, come alongside our kids and youth, or lend your hands to the needs of our city, your gifts and presence make a real difference. When you offer your time, talents, and God-given strengths, you’re not just filling a role—you’re building the family of God and helping our community flourish.
At The Gathering, we believe life is meant to be shared. Our groups create space to grow in Jesus together—through prayer, friendship, Scripture, and the rhythms of everyday life. They’re places to connect around shared passions, to practice walking out our faith in real ways, and to discover how our God-given gifts flourish in community. No matter your season of life, you can find a group where you’ll build meaningful relationships, experience transformation, and live out the love of Christ alongside others.
At The Gathering, prayer is not a task—it’s the place we behold Jesus and become transformed by His presence. We call these moments Sabbath Altars, a rhythm of slowing down, breathing deep, and remembering that Christ lives within us. As we pause to behold Him, our hearts realign, our burdens lift, and our lives begin to reflect the One we adore. Whether gathered in a room or praying from our homes, we come to simply be with Him—and from that place of rest, clarity, and communion, we find strength to love our families, our city, and our world.
KIDS & STUDENTS
Growing up today can be both exciting and overwhelming, and kids need a place where they can bring all of it—their joy, their questions, their worries, and their wonder. At The Gathering, our kids and students discover a God who is with them, who delights in them, and who invites them into a life of friendship with Jesus. We create spaces where they can build meaningful relationships, learn the story of God, encounter His presence, and take real steps in their faith. Our hope is that every child and student knows they are seen, safe, and deeply loved as they learn to walk with Jesus and share His love with the world.
