The Gathering is not built around an audience. We are learning to become a people who worship, pray, share communion, open the Scriptures, and carry one another in the life of Christ.
Here, the Gospel is not only heard. It becomes visible in the way we belong, serve, forgive, and walk together.
OUR WORSHIP
Making room for the presence of Jesus.
Led by Wayne and Corlea Keeney, worship at The Gathering is not simply the music before the message—it is part of how we behold Christ together.
Each week is a little different. Sometimes our worship is filled with joyful praise. Sometimes it becomes a quiet place for listening, prayer, and communion with the Holy Spirit. At other times, it naturally gives way to corporate intercession as we respond together to what God is speaking.
Our community is made up of believers from many different church traditions, and that diversity has become one of our greatest strengths. Rather than promoting a particular style, we desire to cultivate a culture where Jesus is the center, the Holy Spirit is welcomed, and every expression serves the greater purpose of revealing Christ.
We also believe worship leaders are meant to be formed, not merely platformed. As new voices emerge, we intentionally create opportunities for singers, musicians, and leaders to grow within the life of our community.
