Leah has been a pastor for 25 years, leading churches, ministry schools, and large-scale stadium prayer gatherings with a vision to awaken the Church to intimacy with Jesus. She is known for her depth in teaching, prophetic insight, and ability to stir hunger for God’s presence. Larry, a strategic thinker and entrepreneur, brings wisdom and leadership that helps shape the practical and spiritual foundation of The Gathering.

Together, they carry a vision for a people who are rooted in the Gospel, gathered in prayer, and growing in the Word. Their heart is to equip believers to walk in deep communion with God—not just in corporate gatherings but in their everyday lives. Leah and Larry believe the Church is meant to be a family, a people of prayer, and a community that reflects the love of Jesus. Through their leadership, The Gathering is being built as a place where Christ is at the center, the Word is treasured, and prayer fuels everything.

Chris and Susan Berglund are passionate leaders who have dedicated their lives to helping people encounter the presence of God and live in communion with Him. As founding pastors of The Gathering, they bring years of experience in spiritual formation, discipleship, and prophetic ministry. Chris is a gifted teacher known for his depth of revelation on prayer, the Melchizedek priesthood, and union with Christ. He carries a father’s heart for the Church, leading people into a lifestyle of prayer and intimacy with Jesus. Susan is a steady and wise voice, walking alongside Chris in ministry with a heart for mentorship and pastoral care.

Their vision for The Gathering is to build a culture of worship, intercession, and deep biblical foundations. They believe the Church is called to be a house of prayer for all nations—a people fully alive in Christ, transformed by His love, and walking in supernatural grace. Through their leadership, The Gathering is becoming a place where people experience the presence of God in tangible ways and are equipped to carry His Kingdom into the world.

Juniah Ramirez is the Kids Pastor at The Gathering, leading The Vine with a vision to see children deeply rooted in Christ and growing in their knowledge of Him. With a background in education and ministry, Juniah has a unique ability to connect with children, teach biblical truth in a way they can grasp, and cultivate an environment where they experience the presence of God for themselves. She believes that kids aren’t just the future of the Church—they are a vital part of what God is doing now.

Her passion is to disciple children in prayer, worship, and knowing the Word, equipping them to walk in their God-given identity from an early age. Juniah desires for every child to know that they are deeply loved by God and empowered to hear His voice. Under her leadership, The Vine is more than a kids ministry—it’s a place where children are discipled, filled with the Spirit, and released to live lives of faith and devotion to Jesus.
