A fresh look at Genesis: rest, enthronement, and the dove

Chris Berglund preaching at The Gathering

What if Sabbath isn’t inactivity but enthronement—Christ’s life reigning through us? From Noah’s dove and rainbow to the priestly rest we’re invited to right now, Genesis points to a single reality: the Kingdom within, enthroning Jesus in the heart until His life, not our striving, flows.

Chris unpacks first love, covenant, and how our words agree with heaven. From unity of the Spirit to unity of the faith, this message calls The Gathering in Colorado Springs back to the Eternal Purpose—from works to surrender.

Mothers, Fathers, and the Homecoming of a Generation

Mothers and Fathers in Colorado Springs worshiping at The Gathering Church.

In this week’s message, Leah Ramirez shares a call for mothers and fathers in Colorado Springs to rise as spiritual parents—those who will love, intercede, and stay until the rain falls again. Drawing from Rizpah’s vigil in 2 Samuel 21, this message invites believers to become rooted in grace, build family through small groups, and embody steadfast love that restores a generation.

Chris Berglund teaches “The War of Two Seeds,” tracing the battle between the serpent and the seed through Scripture — and revealing God’s eternal purpose for His people in Colorado Springs. Watch the full message and join us Sundays at 10 AM at The Gathering.

Saying Yes to Freedom: Loving Our Neighbors

Leah Ramirez preaching at The Gathering Colorado Springs on loving our neighbors and saying yes to freedom.

In this week’s message at The Gathering, Colorado Springs, Leah Ramirez shares “Saying Yes to Freedom: Loving Our Neighbors.” Rooted in Matthew 22 and John 3, this teaching explores empathy, union with Christ, and the Gospel as liberation. Through scripture, a powerful dream of freedom, and practical reflection, we are invited to hear Jesus’ words: “You don’t have to stay here.”

This past weekend at Table & Thread, God filled the room with His presence until joy overtook us all. Each session built upon the last, culminating in a release of laughter and freedom that carried into Sunday morning at The Gathering. What began as a conference became a breaking in of God’s joy, replacing heaviness with gladness. Rewatch the teachings, testimonies, and Sunday recap to encounter it for yourself.

The Boundary of Blood: A Covenant People in Colorado Springs

YouTube thumbnail for The Gathering Colorado Springs sermon “The Boundary of Blood,” featuring Leah Ramirez preaching about covenant life and the Weaver’s Dream.

Last Sunday at The Gathering in Colorado Springs, we explored the boundary of blood—the covenant line established in Christ. From David’s victory to the Weaver’s Dream, God is forming a people rooted in His scarlet thread. This is our call: to stand up into Christ’s full stature.

On Sunday at The Gathering, Chris Berglund shared about the boundary of blood—the covenant line established at the cross where fear and shame lose their power. Faith’s vision is seeing reality through the eyes of Christ: not as our circumstances appear, but as God has already finished them. From the Passover lamb to David’s victory over Goliath, to the cross of Jesus, we are reminded that in covenant we can declare with confidence, “It is finished.”

The Blueprint Within: Discovering the Glory of Christ Already Planted in You

Chris Berglund teaching The Blueprint Within at The Gathering in Colorado Springs

A Reflection on Chris Berglund’s Teaching | The Gathering, Colorado Springs This past Sunday at The Gathering in Colorado Springs, Chris Berglund walked us through an astonishing revelation: everything God requires of us, He first plants within us. Christ Himself is the seed—and the blueprint—already sown into the soil of our hearts, waiting to grow […]

In a dream shared the night before Shavuot, a Master Weaver worked a tapestry of three distinct threads—Isaiah 49, Song of Songs 8, and 1 Kings 18—each one inlaid with a scarlet thread. What emerged was a vision of a people being woven together in covenant: hidden and called, sealed and loved, positioned and empowered. This isn’t about building ministries—it’s about becoming a people in whom Christ dwells fully. The pattern is emerging in Colorado Springs, and the invitation is to surrender.
